Having spent her career at the intersection of frontline care and franchise business support, she brings a rare combination of operational depth, personal passion and commercial experience to her role as Business Growth Consultant at Right at Home UK.

She began her career as a Midwifery Assistant before an experience close to home changed everything. Advocating for the standard of care her grandmother deserved in her later years ignited a passion for older and vulnerable people that has never left her. She joined a local premium home care franchise as a Field Care Supervisor while completing her degree in Health and Social Care at the University of Bolton, progressing through Registered Care Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager. Throughout that journey she developed a leadership style rooted in getting the best out of people, a belief that when individuals feel supported and clear on their purpose, everything else follows.

She has since held national franchise support roles across two other leading home care brands, supporting up to franchisees nationally on growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. That same people-first philosophy shapes how she works with Right at Home franchisees today, helping owners grow their businesses and become the leaders their teams and clients deserve.

She has served as a Trustee at Age UK and the Pankhurst Trust, worked as a Transformation Manager in Technology Enabled Care, and holds a degree in Health and Social Care and a Master's in Health Informatics. She is currently completing her Professional Doctorate in Community and Social Care with The University of Lancashire.

When her mother and brother were diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy, her commitment to this sector became even more personal. That combination of lived experience, people-centred leadership and genuine belief in what great care can achieve shapes everything she does at Right at Home UK today.
