Throughout his career Paul has progressed from administrative roles to senior leaderships positions, leveraging his expertise to shape HR strategies and foster a culture of excellence in a variety of industries.

Career highlights, to name a few, include developing and delivering a training academy and LMS platform for a top 40 law firm and implementing strategic plans that drive growth and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth and improve employee engagement to enhance organisational performance whilst Chief People & Strategy Officer at an award-winning Charity.

Paul is a collaborative and inclusive leader who builds strong relationships with stakeholders across organisations. He is passion about creating a work environment that is engaging, inclusive, and supportive of employee growth and development.

In his spare time Paul is a keen gardener, a massive boxing fan and an avid runner who likes to keep fit!
