Tyler is a happy smiley sort of person; he likes moving around lots and sitting down in equal measure. As Quality and Compliance manager Tyler supports services with improving the quality of their services and works with them to achieve outstanding reports from regulatory inspections. Tyler began his career in domiciliary care and has been employed in every role available. He has a wealth of knowledge in both the practical aspect of managing individual services and national operational multi-site management.
