Annual Conference Inspires 'New Frontiers' at Right at Home UK

Published: 22/09/2025

Right at Home’s Annual Conference took place Cheshire last week, bringing together Franchise Owners from across the network for an exciting agenda inspired by space exploration.

The two-day Annual Conference, held at Mottram Hall, gave franchisees the opportunity to share best practices, celebrate success and discover new opportunities in an evolving care landscape.

The theme for the conference this year was ‘New Frontiers’, with compelling talks, panel discussions and workshops designed to inspire, challenge and equip care teams for the future.

Right at Home’s Celebration Awards also returned to conference to reflect on and highlight the achievements of local offices over the last year.

The event kicked off with a keynote address from Right at Home CEO Lucy Campbell, who discussed the latest innovations in care, including the impact of GenAI on businesses and new approaches to improving Client outcomes.

Lucy highlighted Right at Home’s progress over the past 12 months; and affirm the network’s strategic direction.

Reflecting on the Annual Conference, Lucy said: “While these times are both exciting and challenging, our collective strength is more apparent than ever. Our annual conference provided a valuable platform for our Franchise Owners from across the country to connect, share expertise, and inspire one another. We were honoured to welcome so many members of our esteemed network and celebrate the incredible difference they make. Through collaborative exchange and mutual support, we are committed to continually raising standards and ensuring the highest quality of care for communities throughout the UK.”

Lucy’s speech was followed by a talk from Heather Wehrle, Director of Operations at Right at Home, who gave an overview of the company’s growing in-house marketing offering, including our well-received first look at our brand refresh.

The conference also covered sessions on overseas recruitment, using technology to attract and retain Clients, preparing for the Employment Rights Bill, and standing out in a competitive marketplace.

Highly anticipated by all attendees, this year's keynote speaker was R. Michael Anderson - an accomplished leadership coach who has founded, scaled, and successfully exited three software companies, and has partnered with global giants like Microsoft, Salesforce, and Uber to elevate their leadership teams.

The conference closed with the network’s prestigious Celebration Awards and gala dinner. Across 10 categories, franchisees, Carers, and Registered Managers were recognised for going the extra mile to support their Clients and making a positive difference in their local communities.

The full list of winners will be published in the coming days.
