Right at Home Strengthens London Presence with New Wandsworth & Lambeth Office

The owner of a new Right at Home office in South London has set out ambitious plans to meet a growing demand for quality homecare in the area by creating up to 50 local jobs. 

Right at Home Wandsworth & Lambeth joins our network of over 80 franchise offices across the UK in providing personalised care services to adults requiring support to maintain their wellbeing, dignity and independence, surrounded by familiar comforts and connected to their communities. 

The new office received its CQC registration in November and owner Sorin Floti is now in the process of building a team of compassionate and highly trained care professionals. 

The team will deliver services from companionship care and support, through to specialist dementia care and live-in care. 

Sorin, a local counsellor and former investment professional, decided to open Right at Home Wandsworth & Lambeth after becoming aware of a growing need for reliable, top quality in-home care in the area.  

“Our service will be delivered the right way - with dignity, respect, and a holistic approach to people’s well-being. We are here to truly listen to people and help them live the life they want to live,” he said. 

Sorin is joined by Registered Manager Suzana Stojanova, who has over 12 years’ experience in supporting children and adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. 

Together, they plan to invest heavily in their staff, ensuring that all Carers are paid the London Living Wage, which currently stands at £14.80 per hour. 

Supported by National Office, the provider has developed career pathways spanning the full breadth of business operations, as well as a range of learning and development opportunities. 

Right at Home Wandsworth & Lambeth will also provide apprenticeship opportunities at no cost to the apprentice and delivered in a format that works around their schedule. 

Sorin added: “Our team members don’t need to have previous experience in care, as all our staff complete a comprehensive training package, which includes as much mentoring and shadowing as they need to feel confident supporting Clients in their homes.
