Top 20 Status for Eight Years
Right at Home UK has once again been recognised as one of the Top 20 Home Care Groups in the UK by the independent review website homecare.co.uk. We’re delighted to say that this is the eighth year in a row that we have been included in the Top 20.
This recognition is especially significant because it comes directly from the people we support and those closest to them. The award is based entirely on reviews from Clients and their families, and as of 24 June 2026, Right at Home UK proudly holds a recommendation score of 9.8 out of 10, supported by more than 4,700 independently verified reviews.

While recognition from Clients and their families is incredibly meaningful, we are equally proud to be recognised by the people who deliver that care every day. Earlier this year, Right at Home UK was awarded the 5-Star Employer Award for the 8th time through our annual survey conducted by the independent research company WorkBuzz.
This year, 1,865 of our dedicated care professionals participated in the Care Team Satisfaction Survey, with 44 Right at Home offices across the UK achieving 5-star status. Highlights from the report include:
- 99% of Care Assistants can deliver high quality care
- 97% have access to the training they need to do their job well
- 95% said Right at Home is an inclusive place to work
As part of our commitment to delivering the highest standards of care, Right at Home also conducts an annual Client Satisfaction Survey. This year, 1,301 of our Clients shared their feedback, with the results highlighting the positive impact of our services:
- 98% of Care Assistants are trustworthy and I can depend on them
- 98% of Clients believe they are treated with respect and dignity
- 95% of Clients receive care and support which allows them to be as independent as possible
