Right at Home UK Awarded 5-Star Employer Status for 8th Consecutive Year

We are proud to announce that Right at Home UK has been awarded the 5-Star Employer Award for the 8th consecutive year. This accolade comes as a result of the network’s annual anonymised Care Team Survey, conducted by the independent research company, WorkBuzz.
This year, 1865 of our dedicated care professionals participated in the Care Team Satisfaction Survey, with 44 Right at Home offices across the UK achieving this status.
Highlights from the report include:
- 99% of Care Assistants can deliver high quality care
- 97% have access to the training they need to do their job well
- 95% said Right at Home is an inclusive place to work
Speaking on the results of the Care Team Survey, Heather Wehrle, Director of Operations at Right at Home UK said:

In addition to the Care Team Survey, Right at Home conducts an annual Client Satisfaction Survey to ensure continuous improvement in our services. This year, 1301 of our valued Clients from Right at Home participated, with some exceptional results:
- 98% of Care Assistants are trustworthy and I can depend on them
- 98% of Clients believe they are treated with respect and dignity
- 95% of Clients receive care and support which allows them to be as independent as possible
