Celebrating Exceptional Achievements Across Our Network at the 2026 Celebration Awards

We were proud to celebrate the achievements of our franchise offices and care professionals at the 2026 Right at Home Celebration Awards.

Held at Carden Park in Cheshire as part of our Annual Conference, the awards recognised the people who go above and beyond for Clients, families and colleagues every day.

This year's conference was themed "Crystal" to mark 15 years of franchising in the UK. It gave us an opportunity to reflect on how far we have come together while celebrating the dedication, compassion and expertise that continue to shape care across our network.

Over the past year, our offices delivered almost three million hours of care and support, helping people to live independently and enjoy life in the place they know and love most – home.

Right at Home Central Wiltshire was named our 2026 Business of the Year.

The award recognises offices that combine strong business performance with an unwavering commitment to quality care, and Central Wiltshire stood out for its achievements across both areas.

Managing Director Jack Miller said:

"This award reflects how much we have developed together over the past year, but importantly, it recognises the hard work and commitment of everyone at Right at Home Central Wiltshire. I'm incredibly proud of what the team has achieved."

Right at Home Isle of Wight received our Employer of the Year Award.

The office has achieved a 92% staff retention rate so far in 2026, while 67% of office roles have been filled through internal progression. In the office's anonymous employee survey, every respondent said they would recommend the organisation as a great place to work.

The award recognises the team's commitment to creating a supportive workplace where people can develop their careers and feel valued for the contribution they make every day.

Paul Butler, Director and Owner of Right at Home Isle of Wight, said:

Fern Swift from Right at Home Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford & Braintree was named Care Assistant of the Year.

The award was introduced with a video featuring messages from Clients, families and colleagues whose lives Fern has touched through her work.

Fern said:

"I got into care to help people. That is the most important thing. I was so nervous on the night, so to hear my name called was an amazing feeling. I'm so proud to have won the award and to have been recognised for doing something that means so much to me."

One Client described Fern as:

"She's like a friend to me now. We've done so well together. It's a lovely relationship to be in."

Alongside celebrating achievements across the network, we also raised more than £7,000 for our national charity partner, Dementia Adventure.

The charity helps people living with dementia and their families enjoy supported holidays, outdoor experiences and opportunities to stay connected with the world around them.

As part of the conference programme, delegates took part in a fundraising firewalk led by Scott Bell, founder of UK Firewalk and former Guinness World Record holder for the longest distance walked on fire.
