The coronavirus pandemic has shown the vital role the care sector plays in supporting our communities to stay safe and supported at home.

As such, today (Monday 5 July 2021), we are launching our ‘Proud of My Profession’ campaign, showcasing the different reasons why staff across the Right at Home network have decided to enter the care profession and why they are proud to work in care. Our campaign will show Carers and office staff of all ages and backgrounds who have joined our Right at Home family and why a career in care is the perfect fit for them. How to start a career in care

If you’re looking to take the next step in your career and make the move into the care sector, now is a great time. A career in care offers long-term job security as the demand for homecare services across the UK continues to rise. This is due to a number of reasons, including people living longer, people experiencing more complex care needs and people’s wish to continue living in the familiar surroundings of their own home for as long as possible. As our Proud of My Profession campaign will show, you can start a career in care at any age.
