Right at Home UK retains top 20 homecare groups status out of 762 group providers for 2023

Right at Home UK receives fifth Consecutive Homecare.co.uk Group award
Right at Home UK has been recognised as one of the top 20 homecare groups in the UK by homecare.co.uk, out of 762 providers, once again.
The award is based on reviews written by people they care for, their friends and relatives on the independent review site. This is the fifth year that the homecare group has been awarded the title.
Right at Home UK has an impressive overall score of 9.8/10 on the homecare.co.uk website as of July 2023, making it the most highly rated major homecare franchise brand in the UK. There are currently over 2,900 reviews on the website for the network, across its 75+ offices in England and Wales.
Right at Home offers highly personalised care services that are aimed at enabling adults to enjoy their independence and continue living safely in their own home, whilst receiving discreet support that is tailored to meet their personal choices and needs.
There are 762 homecare groups and 11,848 homecare providers in the UK. In addition to achieving top 20 homecare group status, 20 of Right at Home’s locally owned and operated offices were named in the top 20 homecare providers in their respective regions.
Some highlights from the award include:
- Four Right at Home offices in London being named in the top 20, out of 1,799 providers
- Four Right at Home offices in South East being named in the top 20, out of 1,804 providers
- Four Right at Home offices in the North West being named in the top 20, out of 1,138 providers
- Three Right at Home offices in East England being named in the top 20, out of 1,323 providers

The group received the WorkBuzz 5* Employer award for the fifth year in a row, following its annual CareGiver satisfaction survey, carried out by independent researcher, WorkBuzz. In addition to the network’s national award, 31 of its individual Right at Home offices also achieved local 5* Employer status, demonstrating the importance the Right at Home network places on supporting its staff.
