Congratulations to Veronica for being awarded our GEM of the month.
The husband of one of Veronica’s clients nominated her for Going the Extra Mile. Veronica was very professional and proactive in supporting his wife who was unwell, helping to arrange the medication, a visit from the GP and working in close cooperation with the office team. Mr F commented, “I felt very supported by Veronica and safe in the knowledge that someone cared about us and our situation.”
