
Right at Home Celebrates Exceptional CareGiver Satisfaction Results

At Right at Home UK, we believe that high-quality care starts with a supported and empowered team. That’s why we are thrilled to share the results of our 2025 CareGiver Satisfaction Survey, conducted by the independent research company WorkBuzz, and the findings are truly something to be proud of.
Thanks to the dedication and professionalism of our teams across the country, Right at Home has been awarded a 5-Star Employer Award for the seventh year in a row – a testament to our continued commitment to creating a positive, respectful and rewarding working environment.
This year, 1,929 CareGivers across our network took part in the anonymised survey, sharing valuable feedback about their experiences working within the Right at Home family. Here are some of the headline results:

98% of CareGivers said they are clear about what is expected of them in their role

97% reported having access to the training they need to do their job well

94% said they are proud to work at Right at Home
These results highlight the strength of our culture and the importance we place on communication, professional development, and a shared sense of purpose.
Celebrating Excellence Across the Network
As well as receiving national recognition, 38 local Right at Home offices achieved 5-Star Employer status in their regions, reinforcing the supportive environment and consistent values upheld throughout our network.

Listening to Our Clients, Too
We know that delivering exceptional care means listening to our Clients just as closely. That’s why each year we also conduct a national Client Satisfaction Survey, gathering feedback that helps us continuously improve our service.
In 2025, 1,215 Clients from across the UK took part in the survey. We’re proud to share some of the remarkable feedback:

99% of Clients said their CareGivers treat them with respect and dignity

This overwhelmingly positive response reflects the strong relationships our CareGivers build with Clients and families, and the consistent, person-centred care we provide in homes across the UK.
Part of a Bigger Picture
These latest survey results come alongside another major achievement for 2025: Right at Home UK was once again named a Top 20 Home Care Group by independent review site homecare.co.uk, based on over 4,000 verified reviews and a recommendation score of 9.9 out of 10.
In addition, 23 local Right at Home offices were recognised as Top 20 providers in their regions — reinforcing the impact of our caring culture from both a Client and CareGiver perspective.
