Right at Home Named a Top 20 Homecare Group in the UK for 2025

We’re delighted to share that Right at Home UK has once again been recognised as one of the Top 20 Home Care Groups in the UK by the independent review website, homecare.co.uk. This marks the seventh consecutive year that we have received this prestigious accolade, and we couldn’t be prouder.

The award is based entirely on reviews from the people who matter most: our Clients, their families, and friends. As of 16 June 2025, Right at Home UK holds an outstanding recommendation score of 9.9 out of 10, based on more than 4,000 independently verified reviews.

This achievement reflects the compassionate, professional, and personalised care that our network of offices provides across the country. Whether it’s a daily visit or full-time live-in care, we are committed to helping people live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes – with support tailored to their individual needs.

Meeting the Needs of an Ageing Population

According to the Office for National Statistics, the number of people aged 65 and over in the UK is expected to rise to 22.1 million by 2072, accounting for 27% of the population. As our population ages, the demand for reliable, high-quality homecare services continues to grow, making platforms like homecare.co.uk increasingly important in helping families make informed decisions.

We believe in doing things properly, taking the time to truly understand each Client’s preferences and routines.

And it’s not just our Clients who feel valued. Right at Home UK has once again been awarded a 5-Star Employer Award for the seventh year running, following results from our anonymised CareGiver Satisfaction Survey, conducted by independent research company WorkBuzz. An impressive 1,929 CareGivers across the network took part in the survey, with highlights including:

• 98% of CareGivers agreed they are clear about what is expected of them in their role

• 97% said they have access to the training they need to do their job well

• 94% said they are proud to work at Right at Home

In addition, 38 local offices achieved 5-star Employer status locally – an indicator of the supportive, rewarding working environment across the Right at Home network.

Right at Home also invests in an annual Client Satisfaction Survey, helping us continuously improve our service for Clients and their families. This year, 1,215 Clients across the UK shared their feedback, with outstanding results:
